II. Structural features and working principle

The machine enters the machine from the hoist, and the material is cut under the high-speed rotation of the sawtooth rotor to make the material evenly refined. In order to prevent the material from coming into contact with the serrations of the rotor under the action of the centrifugal force of the rotor, the stator is designed into a cone shape, and a guide bar is added to the inner wall of the stator to make the material fully contact the serrations and push the ground material hopper.

Three, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance
1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level.
2. Check whether the screws of each part are tight.
3. Rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the rotation is flexible, and confirm that there is no scratching.
4. Turn on the power of the drive motor and check whether the rotor rotation direction is consistent with the rotation direction indicator. And run for 2 minutes, after confirming that everything is normal, the input and output of the material can be continuously produced.
5. Cut off the power when the machine is shut down, and rinse the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
6. When the machine is grinding materials, when there are obvious differences in the size of the discharged materials, please replace the serrations on the rotor in time.
7. Frequently check whether the motor is overloaded and heats up. If any defects are found, please contact the maintenance personnel for repair.
8. Check whether the transmission belt is aging or cracked. If found, replace it in time.
9. Check whether the transmission belt is slack or too tight, usually turning the belt 90o with your fingers. If it is too loose or too tight, adjust the adjusting bolt at the motor base.
10. Regularly check the wear of the saw blade on the rotor and replace it if necessary.

11. Bearings are replaced and greased regularly, and the normal operating temperature of the bearings is less than 80℃

Four, matters needing attention
1. Do not shock when adding materials;
2. Hard foreign objects such as nails and stones are strictly prohibited from entering the machine.
3. After replacing the saw blade, pay attention that the saw blade cannot rub against the hopper.
4. There are two positioning pins for the hopper and the frame for positioning. When installing, please pay attention to the installation in place.
5. There are 4 adjusting bolts and 4 fixing bolts on the bearing seat. Non-professionals should not disassemble it during maintenance. If it is necessary to disassemble, please make a mark before disassembly to reduce the time to adjust the position of the bearing seat during installation, and use a level to level the bearing seat when installing the bearing seat.
