This equipment integrates crushing and spiral juice extraction. It crushes fruits and vegetables first and then squeezes them. It is mainly suitable for crushing and extracting various types of fruits and vegetables.

I. Overview
This machine is mainly suitable for processing all kinds of berries, pome and all kinds of vegetables. It is widely used to extract juice from apples, pears, carrots, aloe vera, cactus, etc. It can automatically complete the processes of crushing, squeezing, and discharging berries, pome, and vegetables. It has the advantages of novel and compact structure, energy saving and high efficiency, large production capacity and wide application range.

2. Structural features and principles

The machine is mainly composed of frame, feed hopper, motor, crusher fly knife shaft, squeezer spindle, screw, skeleton, juicer, hand wheel, slag trough And other important parts.
Working principle: When working, the motor drives the main shaft of the press and the fly cutter shaft of the crusher to rotate at the same time. When the material falls into the hopper, it can be broken under the interaction of the fly cutter shaft and the bottom knife of the crusher. The material falls from the filter to the body of the juicer, and is pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows through the filter into the juice container at the bottom, while the waste passes through the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. The annular gap formed between is discharged, and the size of the gap can be adjusted by the movement of the pressure regulating head in the axial direction. So as to achieve the purpose of automatic separation of juice and residue. It can be designed according to the actual requirements of customers.

3, Installation, operation and maintenance
1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.
2. Tighten all the bolts on the whole machine. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
3. Turn on the power supply of the drive motor and confirm that the direction of rotation of the machine is consistent with the direction indicator.
4. Before turning on the power of the drive motor, the indenter should be adjusted to maximize the annular gap. Operation method: Pull up the brake pin and rotate it 90o to fix the brake pin, and then rotate the hand wheel counterclockwise to increase the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone. (Open the observation cover on the upper part of the rear support, you can observe the change of the gap between the pressure regulator and the spiral cone)
5. Test run for 5 minutes, and after confirming that the machine is normal, you can feed normally.
6. After feeding the material, turn the handwheel clockwise to gradually reduce the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone. After the process requirements are met, rotate the brake pin by 90o , So that it is fixed in the groove of the handwheel bearing seat under the action of the spring force, thereby fixing the handwheel bearing seat.
7. The feed must be even, and hard foreign objects are strictly prohibited from entering the hopper to avoid damage to the filter.
8. Frequently check whether the motor is overloaded and heats up. If any defects are found, please contact the maintenance personnel for repair.
9. Check whether the transmission belt is aging or cracked. If found, replace it in time.
10. Check whether the transmission belt is slack or too tight, usually turning the belt 90o with your fingers. If it is too loose or too tight, adjust the adjusting bolt at the motor base.
11. Add lubricant once regularly, and the amount should be appropriate. If the grease is found to be dirty, discolored and deteriorated, the cause should be found immediately.
