I. Overview

This classifier is currently the most advanced segmentation equipment in the world, suitable for all types ofOThe classification of type fruits. For example: apples, pears, oranges, citrus, lemons, grapefruits and other fruits are graded in size to meet the processing requirements of the next process. Fruits of different sizes can be sorted according to different requirements and entered into each part of the process. The machine has the characteristics of high grading accuracy, large capacity, good protection to the surface of the fruit, and no damage to the outer surface of the fruit.

2. Structural features and working principle

The grader consists of a frame and a grade discharge hopper,“O” type drive belt guide、”O” type Transmission belt, grading transmission reducer, grading transmission shaft, driven transmission disc, baffle plate, supporting wheel, grading transmission shaft universal joint, guide disc, driving disc, “O” type belt transmission reducerand other parts. The working principle of this machine is to use”O” The gap between the transmission belt and the grading Classification, the farther the material is from the feed inlet, “O” The greater the gap between the transmission belt and the grading transmission shaft. At the same time because of the grading transmission axis “O“-type transmission belt rotates on the outer side to make the fruit360 degree rotation, thus avoiding the phenomenon of poor grading effect caused by irregular fruits.

3. Installation and commissioning

1, Place the machine on a level concrete floor with the pad up to the level.

2, Check whether the screws of each part are tight and whether the connection is reliable. Check whether the lubricating oil of the reducer is normal and whether there is grease on the transmission chain.

3, Measure each paragraph “0” whether the gap between the drive belt and the grading drive shaft reaches the size of the fruit that needs to be graded. Measuring method: The available oil level caliper can be measured at the level adjustment screw “0” type transmission belt and the grading drive shaft, the measured value is less than this value in the front section (feeding direction), and the latter section (grading direction) ) Is greater than this value.

4, When the original machine level needs to be changed, you need to adjust the “0” type transmission belt and the gap between the grading transmission shaft, the operation method is as follows:

(1 ), after removing the hopper and the cover of the graded transmission reducer, loosen the four fastenings on the left and right sides Bolt (as shown below);

(2 ), use a wrench to screw the grading adjustment bolts (as shown in the figure below) to adjust the height of the grading transmission reducer base to control “0” type transmission belt and the grading transmission shaft. Need to increase “0“-type transmission belt and the grading drive shaft when the gap, turn the grading adjustment bolt clockwise; need to reduce the “0” when the gap between the transmission belt and the grading transmission shaft is reversed Turn the grading adjustment bolt clockwise.

Note: ① When adjusting the graded adjusting bolts, the two adjusting bolts on the left and right sides of the machine should be adjusted at the same time and the adjusted length must be consistent.

②When the grading adjustment bolts are screwed clockwise, the waist-shaped holes at the fastening bolts have length restrictions, so adjust to the lowest position Please do not continue to tighten the adjusting bolt (here is the highest position);

③When the grading adjusting bolt is screwed counterclockwise, when it is adjusted to the highest position of the waist-shaped hole at the fastening bolt, or the grading drive shaft and ” 0” type transmission belt distance3mm When there is a gap, the adjustment should be stopped (here is the lowest position).

④When adjusting the grading adjustment bolts, measure the grading rotation axis at the feed inlet and “0” the gap between the belts , This gap is the minimum value of the first level of fruit control.

(3 ) After adjusting the grading adjustment bolts, tighten the fastening bolts on both sides of the grading transmission reducer;

(4 ) The left and right sides simultaneously adjust the height of the first level (feeding port direction) level adjustment screw (as shown below) To control “0” The gap between the drive belt and the grading drive shaft. When adjusting, note that the left and right sides should be adjusted at the same time and keep the same height. When measuring the gap, you should measure the “0” the gap between the drive belt and the grading drive shaft, and the measured value is higher than the previous operation When the measured value is larger. The distance from the feed port to the first level adjusting screw is the first level to be divided. After adjustment, tighten the nut of the grade adjustment screw.

(5 )Adjust the second level (the second in the feed inlet direction) level adjustment screw at the same time on the left and right sides again (as follows Figure) height, adjustment method and section (4) The steps are the same. The adjusted value is higher than the previous one .The value is large. The distance from the first level adjustment screw to the second level adjustment screw is the second level to be divided.

(6 ) And then adjust the third, fourth, and fifth level adjustment screws respectively, the method is the same as above.

(7 ) After adjustment, install the grading transmission reducer cover and the feed hopper.

5、Turn on the power of the grading drive reducer and confirm that the rotation direction of the grading drive shaft is from “0The direction of the ”type transmission belt is rotated from the inside to the outside (as shown in the figure below), and confirm the normal operation.

7、An examination“0check whether the “type transmission belts are all in the grooves of the respective guide rails, supporting wheels, and guide plates? If they are misaligned, please dial them into the grooves. Switch on”O” type belt drive reducer power supply, confirm its rotation direction and direction The signs are the same and run for two minutes.

8、After everything is normal, it can be fed evenly from the feeding port to continuously produce graded fruits.

Four, cleaning and maintenance

1, After the machine is shut down during each shift, the machine should be cleaned to keep the machine clean.

2, The lubricating oil of the transmission reducer must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.

3, Grease the bearing parts regularly.

Five, use matters needing attention

1, when using the machine, if “0” type transmission belt is broken, should Cut off immediately “0” type belt drive reducer and graded drive reducer power supply, loosen the tightening bolts of the bearing seats at both ends of the driven plate, so that “O” type transmission belt is in a relaxed state. Then use a knife to handle the broken “O“-type transmission belt has two cross-sections flat, and then “O</span >” type transmission belt is placed on both sides of the hot electric soldering iron to “O” type transmission belt is heated at both ends of the section (as shown below). When you see “O” When the two ends of the belt start to heat and soften, move both ends”O</span >” type transmission belt or pull out the soldering iron to make two “O” The end faces of the transmission belt contact and fuse together. When fusing, keep the two ends in contact with both hands for two minutes so that they can be fully fused. After the joint surface has cooled, pull the joint surface with both hands to confirm that it is completely fused, and then remove the burrs around the joint surface with a knife. Installed “O” type transmission belt, tighten the tightening bolts of the bearing seats at both ends of the driven plate, tighten them”O” type transmission belt.

2, When servicing the machine, do not disassemble the boom that hangs the grading drive shaft in the middle of the grade adjustment screw. If it must be disassembled, it should be marked so that it can be adjusted to the original position during installation. And each graded drive shaft should also be marked to avoid trouble caused by incorrect installation.

3, When disassembling the chain of the graded transmission reducer, first loosen the nut of the intermediate shaft of the tension sprocket (as shown in the figure below) to loosen the chain, and then remove the joint on the chain. When installing, you also need to tighten the chain with a tightening sprocket, but don’t overtighten the chain!

4, When disassembling the master and follower plate, make a mark and do not change its original position at will.
