This machine is widely used for peeling and cleaning carrots, potatoes, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables, especially suitable for cleaning and peeling fruits and vegetables growing in soil.

2. Structural features and working principle

The brush peeling cleaning machine is mainly composed of frame, transmission reducer, sprocket cover, spray pipe, brush roller, water hopper, discharge door cover, It is composed of discharging hopper, door cover latch and other parts.
Its working principle: the raw materials of fruits and vegetables enter the machine body evenly through the conveyor, and the brush roller is driven by the transmission reducer to rotate, so that the materials are constantly turned over, thereby generating friction At the same time, the spray head sprays high-pressure water to wash the surface of the material and sends it to the discharge hopper under the thrust of the spiral brush roller. The cleaned sewage, silt and fruit and vegetable skins flow into the water tank through the gap of the brush roller and are discharged from the sewage outlet. The peeling time depends on the flow speed of the material from the inlet to the outlet, and the speed can be adjusted. The machine can be made according to the specific needs of customers, and a circulating cleaning device can also be added.

Three, installation, adjustment, use, operation
1. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine.
2. Adjust the level of the whole machine, clean the inside and outside of the whole machine, and keep it clean.
3. The bearings and reducer parts are required to be well lubricated, and lubricating oil with the specified label is added regularly.
4. Turn on the power of the transmission reducer and confirm that the rotation direction of the brush roller is consistent with the direction indicator.
5. Run the machine for 2 minutes. After confirming that the machine is running normally, feed the material to the inlet of the brush cleaning machine. Then connect the spray pipe to spray water.
6. When feeding, it should be even, and no impact.
7. When peeling and cleaning materials, the speed of the brush roller can be controlled by the hand wheel on the transmission reducer to achieve the degree of peeling and cleaning of the materials.
8. When the machine is out of service, keep the inside and outside of the machine clean, and clean the residue on the brush.
9. Check the reducer regularly. If you find any undesirable phenomena, you should stop it immediately and use it after removing the obstacles.
