1. Overview

This machine is widely used for cleaning fruits and vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, red dates, etc. It is especially suitable for cleaning fruits and vegetables growing in soil.

2, Structural features and working principle 

The machine consists of frame, transmission reducer, circulating water pump, conveying hollow spiral, drum, spray pipe, nozzle, water tank, filter It is composed of parts such as tank and drain valve.

Working principle: When working, the drive shaft is rotated by the reducer through the chain, and then the outer surface of the drum is driven by the power sprocket on the drive shaft The drive chain to turn the drum. After the fruit and vegetable materials enter the drum, they are rolled and cleaned under the action of the drum and high-pressure spray water, and because the inner wall of the drum is provided with a hollow spiral, it is convenient to uniformly output the materials forward. The sewage passes through the mesh on the surface of the drum, enters the sump, flows into the water filter tank, and then enters the water tank through the mesh on the filter tank, and the dirt will stay in the filter tank; the water filtered through the filter tank is Under the action of the circulating water pump, the water is sent to the spray pipe, and the material is cleaned again, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

3, Installation, adjustment, use, operation

1. Check and tighten all bolts on the whole machine.

2, Adjust the level of the whole machine, clean the inside and outside of the whole machine, and keep it clean.

3. The bearings and reducer parts are required to be well lubricated, and lubricating oil with the specified label is regularly added.

4. Close the valve at the sewage outlet of the circulating water tank; and add 2/3 of the water to the water tank

5. Turn on the power of the circulating water pump and the transmission reducer, and confirm that the running direction of the circulating water pump and the Roller type cleaner is consistent with the direction sign .

6. Run the machine for 2 minutes. After confirming that the machine is operating normally, feed the material to the inlet of the drum cleaning machine.

7. When working, if there is a lot of dirt in the filter tank or there is a lot of water, it should be cleaned up in time; If there is too little water in the water tank, fresh water should be added to the water tank in time.

8. When working, if the water in the water tank is too dirty, you can open the drain without affecting the normal operation of the machine. While the valve drains sewage, fresh water is added to the water tank. Note: During operation, keep 2/3 of the water level in the water tank.

9. If you want to stop using the machine, please turn off the power of the circulating water pump and the transmission reducer first, let the machine stop, and then Open the drain valve to drain!

10. When the machine is out of service, the inside and outside of the machine must be cleaned, and the remaining liquid in the circulating water tank must be drained!
