Author:HanLong Date:2021-5-22
Based on the original mango processing equipment, our company has developed a new type of special mango processing equipment combined with imported technology. This equipment has novel structure, stable performance, simple use, and good separation effect. It is a juice factory Ideal for mango pre-processing, it does not need to be graded and has the functions of peeling and core removal at the same time. The pulp recovery rate is as high as 99.5%, making it an ideal mango juice processing equipment at present.
The output is 1-20 tons/hour.
Working principle of mango beater:

When it is used for beating stone fruit (such as mango), if a single-channel de-pitting and beating machine is selected, the skin and flesh will flow into the buffer tank from the discharge hopper, and the core will be discharged from the residue. The core-removing double-pass beating machine, the first pass is core-removing, and the second-pass beating realizes automatic separation of the core, peel and slag. It is recommended that users prefer to use the core-removing double-pass beater.

Structure of mango beater:

It is composed of front support, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juicer, rear support, slag trough and other parts. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing housing, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing housing. The electric motor drives the spiral through a pair of V-belt pulleys to work.
