I. Overview
This equipment is a single-effect gap vacuum concentrator, suitable for heat-sensitive materials (such as sauce, fruit pulp and other materials with poor fluidity) in the vacuum Concentrated at low temperature. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, easy operation, cleaning and maintenance. The parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel. The internal and external surfaces are polished or sandblasted, in line with the “HACCP” food hygiene standards and the “GB16798-1997” food machinery safety standards.


2, Structure and principle

The machine is mainly composed of a cylinder, a steam heating chamber, a multi-stage water pump, a reducer, a hydraulic ejector, and a water tank.
Main working principle: The machine is mainly divided into two parts: concentration evaporation and vacuum pumping. The concentration pot is composed of an upper pot body and a lower pot body. The lower end of the lower pot body is a butterfly head, and the lower part of the lower pot body is equipped with an interlayer and horizontal axis agitator device. When steam is introduced into the interlayer, the material under vacuum will boil and evaporate, while the stirring shaft passes through The reducer drives and stirs the materials at a speed of 24 rpm to strengthen the flow of materials, while the steam is taken away by the water jet. In order to observe the production situation in the pot, there are light holes and sight holes for convenience. Cleaning and maintenance, with manholes.

3, Operation and use
(1) Turn on
a. Before operation, clean the pot with hot water first, and then drive the air out of the pot with heated steam for disinfection. The manhole is closed and only the steam release device is opened so that the non-condensable gas escapes from the top and the condensed water is discharged from the bottom of the pot.
b. After disinfection, immediately close all valves, open the cooling water valve, put the cooling water into the water tank, and start the multi-stage water pump to make the water power The ejector works, creating a vacuum in the pot.
c. When the vacuum reaches 500mmHg or more, open the feed valve to feed (boiling point feed), when the stirring blade is gradually immersed in the liquid, That is, gradually open the steam valve to enter the steam, and let the stirring shaft work, and at the same time control the amount of material and liquid entering, so that a certain liquid level is maintained in the pot. Operation method for steam intake: open the steam valve to enter steam, adjust the pressure reducing valve, and after the pressure is controlled within 1 kg, slowly open the stop valve and the bleed valve, and close the bleed valve when the bleed valve is steaming.
d. The steam pressure in the interlayer should not be too high, generally around 0.1MPa during operation.
e. The boiling point of the material is compatible with the vacuum degree in the pot. Normally, the vacuum degree in the pot is 620~700mmHg, and the evaporation temperature is 50. ~60℃.
f. Material sampling: close the discharge port butterfly valve, open the circulating pipe ball valve, so that the screw pump, the circulating pipe, and the lower cylinder form a smooth circulation , Power on the screw pump to run, the material flows in the circulating pipeline, build up pressure, open the sampling port ball valve, under the action of the screw pump pressure, the material is extruded, and the concentration of the material can be sampled and tested.
(2) Shutdown
When the material liquid is concentrated to the required concentration, it will stop (can be sampled and measured).
a. Close the steam valve. Operation method: first close the steam valve to stop the steam intake, after the standby device is completely cooled, then close the shut-off valve, open the vent valve, confirm that there is no pressure in the jacket, close the vent valve.
b. Open the steam release device to break the vacuum in the pot.
c. Close the cooling valve and the multi-stage pump motor, and stop vacuuming.
d. Turn off the stirring motor.
(3) Maintenance and troubleshooting
A. Maintenance
a. After each shift, rinse with cooling water, use a brush to remove dirt in the pot, rinse with clean water and sterilize with steam.
b. Frequently check the airtightness of the connecting pipes of the lamp hole, sight hole, and manhole, and check whether the valve cock has any steam leakage. It is necessary Replace the sealing ring at the time.
c. Keep the glass on the lamp hole and viewing hole clean.
d. Frequently check the sensitivity and jing density of pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and thermometers.
e. In the event of mechanical damage or water cut in the middle, stop using it immediately, destroy the vacuum in the pot, and then close the cold water valve And the pump for maintenance.
f. The pump and mixing reducer are operated according to their respective operating instructions.
B. Troubleshooting
1. The vacuum is too low
(1) The parts of the equipment or the pipe connections are not tight and steam leaks.
(2) The amount of cooling water is insufficient and the water temperature is too high.
(3) The nozzle of the water jet is blocked or the nozzle is worn and deformed.
2. The cooling water is poured into the concentrating pot
(1) If you do not follow the shutdown sequence, the cooling water must be poured into the equipment.
(2) The water inlet pump and pipeline of the water jet are seriously blocked, the water inlet volume suddenly drops, and the water inlet pressure suddenly drops.
(3) The nozzle of the water jet is blocked or the position of the conical guide baffle in the water jet is skewed or even falls off completely. Cooling water is poured back.
