2. Structural features and working principle


The machine consists of a frame, a gear box, a juice bucket, a left drum, a blade, a four-flower turntable, a right drum, and a bowl conveying mechanism , The safety cover, the components of the transmission motor.
Its main working principle: the motor drives the main shaft through the V-belt pulley, and the main shaft transmits the power to the four mechanisms:
1. Bowl conveying mechanism
Through a pair of bevel gears and a gear box to drive a half-open bowl conveying mechanism, the citrus, lemon, orange, etc. falling into the bowl are continuously transferred The fruit is transported forward, and the fruit is cut in half by a fixed blade, and sent to the two four-flowering turntables on the left and right.
The mechanism is also equipped with a pair of end face gear meshers, which can adjust the phase relationship between the mechanism and other mechanisms, so that the movement of each mechanism of the whole machine Coordination and stability.
2. Four-flowering turntable
Through a pair of bevel gears to make the split shaft rotate, the bevel gears on the split shaft rotate, so that the two left and right four-flower discs rotate respectively, and the bowl-shaped The two halves of the fruit cut by the conveying mechanism are respectively sent to the half-open cone bowls of the left and right rotating drums to prepare the cone juice.
3. Left turn drum
The upper and lower turntables are rotated by a pair of bevel gears and rigid couplings in the gear box, and there are 7 semi-open type on the upper turntable. Cone bowl, 7 cone heads are installed on the lower turntable. The other pair of bevel gears in the gearbox are driven so that the 7 cone juice heads can continuously rotate by themselves when they revolve with the turntable.
The semi-open cone bowl closes or separates under the action of the cam. When the opened half of the bowl is gradually closed, the half of the fruit sent by the four-flowering carousel is scraped into the bowl, and the rotating cone gradually extends into the bowl to make the juice. 3, Installation, operation and maintenance
1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.
2. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
3. During installation, pay attention to adjusting the specific angle at which the center lines of the upper and lower turntables in the left and right turn drums intersect to ensure the taper head The effect in the cone juice. (The machine has been debugged before it is sent out)
4. Turn on the power supply, start the drive motor, and run the test machine for a few minutes. After confirming that everything is running normally, add a proper amount of materials to the machine and observe the materials first Whether it can be transported to each organization in turn to achieve the separation effect of peel and juice residue.
5. The feed must be even, do not impact, to ensure that the material can be cut in half evenly, and it is forbidden for hard foreign objects to enter the hopper.
6. After the material enters the hopper, if it is found to be unevenly cut in half, adjust the position of the blade accordingly before using it.
7. During the juice extraction process, the juice effect can be judged by observing the separation of the peel at the residue outlet. If the effect is not satisfactory, stop the machine and adjust the cone bowl The gap between the cone and the cone can achieve a high juice yield of the material.
8. When the machine stops, just cut off the power of the motor directly.
9. Every time the machine is finished, every cone bowl in the machine should be cleaned.
10. Check the blade regularly to see if there is abrasion. If the cutting is slow in use, it should be trimmed in time and replaced if necessary.
11. Frequently check whether the motor is overloaded and heats up. If any defects are found, you must contact the maintenance personnel for repairs.
12. Check whether the transmission belt is aging or cracked. If found, replace it in time.
13. Check whether the drive belt is loose or too tight, usually turning the belt 90o with your fingers. If it is too loose or too tight, adjust the adjusting bolt at the motor base.
14. All bearings and other parts are required to be well lubricated, and lubricating oil with specified marks is added regularly.
15. Regularly check the transmission motor and gearbox. If any defects are found, they should be stopped immediately and the obstacles can be removed before use.
