II. Components and working principle

 

The machine consists of transmission reducer, bearing housing, frame, feed hopper, drive roller, separation plate, discharge hopper, discharge hopper and other components composition. Working principle: The material enters the core removal studio from the feed hopper. Because the rollers in the core removal chamber are equipped with different angle separation plates, the pulp of the fruit is separated from the core. The separated fruit pulp falls into the discharge hopper from the screen holes, and the core is a spiral composed of several separation plates, and moves to the core to be discharged from the core hopper. The gap between the screen and the separation plate can be tested for treatment It depends on the size of the material core.

Three, use and maintenance
1. The installation must be firm and the rack must be level.
2. Before turning on the machine, check whether the screws of each part are fastened.
3. Check whether the lubricating oil of the transmission reducer is normal. (For details, please refer to the manual of the reducer)
4. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine and check whether the rotating part of the machine is flexible.
5. Turn on the power of the transmission reducer, check whether its rotation direction is consistent with the direction of rotation indicator, and run for 2 minutes, and confirm that there is no abnormal noise, etc. After that, it can be fed.
6. When feeding, the material should be fed evenly, and no impact. Stones, screws, and tools are strictly prohibited from falling into the equipment.
7. If you find that the core is not clean during use, you can control the nuclear outlet by operating the control gate at the nuclear outlet The size and the speed control handwheel on the transmission reducer are used to control the speed of the transmission roller to adjust the unclean condition of the core. After adjustment, there is no need to adjust it next time you use it.
8. When the machine stops, just cut off the power supply of the reducer.
9. After stopping, be sure to clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
10. Regularly check whether the bearings and reducer parts are well lubricated, and regularly add lubricating oil with the specified label.
