1. Introduction to use
This machine is a spiral-propelled continuous softening equipment. Before the fruit is beaten, in order to improve the fruit’s pulping rate and pulping quality, and prevent browning, Must be softened. The function of the pre-cooking machine is to steam and soften the washed fruits, and adjust the speed to change the pre-cooking time to adapt to the purpose of softening of different fruits and vegetables: 1. Destroy enzyme activity, prevent browning and fresh pectin; 2 , Soften the pulp tissue to facilitate beating and sugar liquid penetration; 3. Dissolve the pectin in the pulp tissue to facilitate the processing of the next process.

2. Components and working principle
The machine consists of frame, discharge flap, feed hopper, screw shaft, steam heating chamber, reducer, discharge hopper, transmission device, etc. Component composition.
Working principle: Add a proper amount of water from the feed hopper, heat it by steam, and the steam enters the jacket to transfer heat through the shell surface. When the water temperature reaches the required value At the temperature, the material is fed from the hopper, and pre-cooked while being pushed by the rotating conveying screw, and then the material is sent out from the discharge port by the discharge flap. The machine has stepless speed regulation, continuous operation, suitable for pre-cooking a variety of fruits, vegetables and meats.

3, How to use:
shou first add an appropriate amount of water to the feed hopper, first close the shut-off valve behind the pressure gauge on the steam pipe, and then open the intake valve to watch Check whether the pressure of the pressure gauge is about 1.5 kg. If the indication on the pressure gauge is incorrect, adjust the pressure reducing valve until the pressure gauge shows about 1.5 kg (). At this time, open the shut-off valve behind the pressure gauge to start cooking.
After 1 minute, open the drain valve under the pre-boiler to drain the cold water in the steam jacket. When steam is sprayed out, close the drain Valve, watch whether the trap is working at this time, if it is working, it is normal. Start feeding at this time, and determine the speed of the speed-regulating motor according to the maturity of the pre-cooked material until the material reaches the purpose of softening, which is an accurate speed per minute.
When shutting down, stop the material first, then turn off the steam, drain all the material in the pot, and then rinse with water, and then turn off the power after the maximum.

4, Use and maintenance
1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine, and check the rotating parts and fastening of the machine. If the part is intact, add lubricating oil to the reducer according to its instructions; add clean water, the water level is 150mm high, open the steam valve to enter the steam, adjust the pressure reducing valve, and after the pressure is controlled within 0.1Mpa, slowly open the stop valve and the drain valve. When steam is coming from the drain valve, close the drain valve.
2, turn on the power of the transmission reducer, check whether the rotation direction of the conveying screw is consistent with the direction of rotation indicator, and run for 5 minutes.
3. When the water temperature rises to 80℃, evenly add the material (containing a proper amount of water), and adjust the speed of the reducer according to the pre-cooking effect At the same time, the steam pressure can be adjusted to the specified z value of 0.15MPa, and check whether the trap is working normally.
4. Stop feeding, and when all the materials are turned out, add an appropriate amount of cold water from the inlet, and close the steam valve at the same time, the standby device is completely cooled Then, close the shut-off valve and open the drain valve on the steam pipe. After confirming that there is no pressure in the jacket, close the drain valve on the steam pipe. After z, open the drain valve of the machine and replenish the cleaning water at the same time. After cleaning the inside of the machine, turn off the reducer.
5. Regularly check the lubrication of the machine. Various instruments, safety valves, traps, etc. must be checked periodically.
6. When the machine is out of service, the inside and outside of the machine must be cleaned to drain the residual fluid in the cavity.
