3, Composition structure and working principle
The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a transmission motor, a bearing seat, a main shaft, a screen, a blade, an inlet, a slurry hopper, and a cylinder. And other important components.
Its main working principle: When working, the main shaft is driven by the transmission motor. When the crushed fruit is sent by the feeding pump to the feed port of a beating machine, the material enters the buffer chamber and diffuses into the working cavity. Under the action of rotation, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end. The moving track is spiral. The material is crushed by centrifugal force during the movement between the blade and the screen. The juice and meat (have become pulp) Shape) from the screen hole through a slurry hopper to the second beating inlet, through the second beating to refine the material. The skin and seeds are discharged from each slag hopper to achieve the purpose of automatic separation. At the same time, there is a dilution port on the barrel of the beater, and the material can be diluted through the dilution port. It can be seen from the structural diagram that the machine is equipped with two beatings. The principle of the two beatings is the same as that of the beating. After the first beating is completed, the second beating is sent to the second beating for refinement.
4. Operation and precautions
1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.
2. Tighten the bolts on the whole machine and check whether all the screws in the shaft are loose. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
3. Turn on the power supply of the drive motor and confirm that the direction of rotation of the machine is consistent with the direction indicator.
4. Test run for 5 minutes. After confirming that the machine is normal, you can feed normally.
5. If the pulping effect is not satisfactory during the beating process, you can adjust the size of the gap between the blade and the screen to obtain a better Pulp effect.
6. When working, connect the water inlet of the spray pipe, and the dilution port of the spray pipe can make the material better in the buffer room and working cavity Of conveying and beating. At the same time, there is a spray port at the slag outlet to facilitate the discharge of slag and skin. When dilution is not required, the water inlet valve can be closed.
7. When there is no need to feed materials, the feed inlet valve can be closed to stop conveying.
8. When the machine stops, just cut off the power of the motor directly. When the rotor does not stop rotating, do not open the front cover of the drum.
9. When the machine stops working, open the drain valve to drain the sewage in the machine.
10. After each shift, wash the filter with water and a brush.
11. Regularly check whether the motor is overloaded and heats up, and whether the bearing part is oiled. If faults are found, they should be dealt with in time.
