1. Overview
The DLZ series single spiral filter press is mainly used in the field of solid-liquid separation of fruits and vegetables, suitable for crushing fruits and vegetables in industrial fruit and vegetable juice production, and also suitable for dehydration of soybean residue. It has the advantages of continuous feeding and discharging, no temperature rise during normal temperature pressing, high juice yield, simple and reliable structure, slow operating speed, low noise, low energy consumption, and small footprint. It is an ideal pressing machine for fruit and vegetable processing enterprises.
2. Working principle and structural characteristics
The basic principle of this equipment is mainly inspired by the double helix filter press designed in Germany. Our company simplified and improved it based on it. This type of equipment is not picky about materials and can meet the solid-liquid separation process of the vast majority of materials. The pressing ratio is high (4:1), and the juice yield is greatly improved compared to traditional spiral juicers. The operating speed is slow, and there is no temperature rise during the pressing process;
The equipment mainly consists of a helical gear reducer, a coupling, a feed box, a variable pitch and diameter pressing screw, a detachable filter screen, a discharge adjustment cone mechanism, a bearing seat, a frame, a juice outlet groove, a slag hopper, etc. (see attached diagram for details); Except for the helical gear reducer and coupling, all equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, with an overall polished surface, which is beautiful and elegant.
During operation, the uniformly crushed material is transported into the feed box and pushed forward by the screw shaft with variable pitch and bottom diameter. The material is compressed and pushed forward by the screw shaft with variable pitch and bottom diameter. The material is subjected to squeezing pressure between the blades, squeezing out the juice. Finally, the material is transported to the discharge adjustment cone mechanism. The discharge adjustment cone mechanism is provided with elasticity by the cylindrical compression spring at the back, which blocks the material in the spiral juice chamber. As the subsequent materials are continuously compressed and transported forward, when the squeezing pressure of the material is greater than the elasticity provided by the spring spring at the back of the adjustment cone mechanism, the slag is discharged from the gap opened by the cone mechanism, and the elasticity is adjusted to be greater. The greater the squeezing pressure, the higher the juice yield.
