Working principle: The juice residue mixture enters the feed box from the feed inlet and flows into the spiral working chamber. Under the action of the screw shaft, the juice residue mixture is transported to the residue outlet, and the juice and pulp enter the juice accumulation tank through the filter; And the pit is pushed to the slag outlet. When the thrust of the slag conveyed by the screw shaft is greater than the force of the cylinder acting on the top plate, the slag outlet is pushed open and discharged from the machine.
3, Installation, debugging, operation, maintenance
1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor. If it is uneven, it must be leveled. Turn on the power of the refiner motor, confirm that the machine is running without abnormal noise, and then turn on the air source (note: the pressure can not exceed 0.4MPa), and power on the solenoid valve, let the top plate close the slag outlet, and further confirm whether the machine is operating normally . Open the breathable cover again and pay attention to whether the spiral rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicator;
2, Feed the material evenly into the machine;
3. When the machine is running, there is a sound of slipping of the transmission belt, immediately after stopping the machine, grab the handle and lift the pulley guard up. Lower the pulley guard, loosen the adjustment screw behind the motor pulley, let the motor seat pull the belt tightly under the action of gravity, and then tighten the adjustment screw.
4. When stopping, disconnect the solenoid valve first, let the top plate return, and then cut off the power supply of the drive motor.
5. After the machine is shut down during each shift, be sure to open the skeleton and clean the inside and outside of the machine.
6. Grease the bearing parts regularly.
