The vibration type filter uses a vibrating motor as the vibration source to make the vibrating screen vibrate when it is working, thereby producing a filtering effect. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is widely used in the filtration of various materials in the deep processing of fruits. It has the characteristics of automatic separation of slag juice, continuous work, and convenient connection.

2, Structural features and working principle

The machine is mainly composed of frame, vibrating motor, vibrating screen, vibrating spring and other components. When the vibrating screen is at work, because the vibrating screen has a certain inclination angle, when the vibrating motor is started, the material and liquid enter the vibrating screen from the previous process. During the vibration of the vibrating screen, the material will move forward by itself, and the liquid will pass through the screen (its mesh The number can be selected by the user, and it is convenient to replace) the material flows into the juice tank, and is input to the next process by an additional beverage pump. The material is vibrated out from the discharge port.
Only one type of filter is equipped when leaving the factory, generally 60 mesh, and it can also be prepared according to user requirements or additional.

3, Installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance
1. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine.
2. The whole machine is calibrated and leveled, and the inside and outside of the whole machine are cleaned to keep it clean.
3. Turn on the power of the vibration motor to start feeding.
4. When the machine needs to be stopped, just cut off the power supply of the vibration motor.
5. Stones, screws, and tools are strictly prohibited from falling into the machine to avoid entering the next process.
6. After the work is over, wash the whole machine with cleaning liquid and wipe it dry to keep the machine clean and prevent scale accumulation and fermentation.
7. Frequently check whether the vibration motor is overloaded and heats up. If any defects are found, contact the maintenance personnel for repairs.
8. When the filter needs to be replaced, simply remove the screws in the vibrating screen to take out the filter.
