This machine uses the gradual reduction of the volume of the spiral cavity to form a squeeze of the material. This machine is suitable for squeezing the juice of refined coconut meat and other fruits and vegetables.

1. Purpose

This machine is suitable for squeezing pineapple, apple, pear and other crushed pome juice.

2. Main structure and working principle

   The working principle is that the crushed pulp, juice, and skin enter the screw juicer through the hopper, because the screw is along the bottom diameter of the slag outlet direction Gradually increase and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is screwed, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, forming a squeeze of the material. The rotation direction of the screw spindle is counterclockwise when viewed from the feed hopper to the slag trough. The raw materials are added to the hopper and pressed under the advancement of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juicer at the bottom through the filter, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulation. The movement of the pressure regulating head along the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. Turn the handwheel of the handwheel bearing seat by hand to change the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone surface, that is, adjust the resistance of slag discharge, and then change the slag discharge rate. However, if the gap is too small, under strong squeeze , Part of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice is increased, the quality of the juice is relatively decreased. The size of the gap should be determined by the user’s specific process requirements. So as to achieve the purpose of automatic separation of juice and residue.

V. Installation, operation and maintenance

1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.

2. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

3. Before turning on the power of the drive motor, adjust the indenter to maximize the annular gap. Operation method: Pull up the brake pin and rotate it 90o to fix the brake pin, and then rotate the hand wheel counterclockwise to increase the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone. (Open the observation cover on the upper part of the rear support, and you can observe the change of the gap between the pressure regulator and the spiral cone)

4. Turn on the power of the drive motor and confirm that the direction of rotation of the machine is consistent with the direction indicator.

5. Test run for 5 minutes, after confirming that the machine is normal, the feed can be normal.

6. The feed must be even, and hard foreign objects are strictly prohibited from entering the hopper to avoid damage to the screen.

7. After feeding, turn the handwheel clockwise to gradually reduce the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone surface, after reaching the process requirements , Rotate the brake pin at 90° to fix it in the groove of the handwheel bearing seat under the action of the spring force, thereby fixing the handwheel bearing seat.

8. When the machine stops, just cut off the power of the motor directly.

9. The filter must be washed with water and a brush after each shift. If you filter the juice with more fiber, you must wash the net once in a while depending on the production situation, and wash all the machines with hot water after the squeezing is completed.

10. Regularly check whether the motor is overloaded and heated, and whether the bearing part needs to be refueled.
