The equipment consists of a mesh belt conveyor, a spray device, and a sump. The material is transported through the mesh belt into the spray area, where it is washed up and down with high pressure. It has the characteristics of high cleanliness, energy saving and water saving, and the washing water is filtered and recycled.

I. Overview

This machine is suitable for the cleaning of fruit and vegetable raw materials. After the materials enter the equipment, they are transported on the conveyor chain plate and washed by bubbling in water. It is especially suitable for mulberry, Strawberry, blackberry and other soft and easily damaged fruits are washed.

2, structural features and working principle

 

The machine is composed of water tank, hoist, circulating flushing pump, transmission part and other components. When working, the material is directly poured on the conveyor chain plate. Conveying in a water tank; and because the upper part of the conveying mesh belt is equipped with a flushing pipe, the material will roll under the impact of the water, thereby cleaning the material. After the water in the water tank is filtered by the water filter tank, it is led to the flushing pipe by the circulating water pump. This machine can also be equipped with spray pipes in the upper part of the lifting section and the water tank according to user requirements.

Three, installation, adjustment, use, operation

1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level.

2. Check whether the screws of each part are tight.

3. Close the drain valve and inject water into the water tank. When the water level reaches the upper end of the conveying baffle, start the circulating flushing water pump (see the operation of the pump Manual), turn on the drive power of the hoist to start the hoist, stop the water intake, and after everything is running normally, you can add materials to the conveyor belt in the water tank for cleaning. The machine can continuously produce materials in and out normally.

4. The filter of the circulating flushing water pump is cleaned every two hours. Add clean water to the water tank, but the water level should be controlled so as not to affect the washing of fruits and vegetables.

5. When the water level in the water tank is too low, the water inlet valve should be opened appropriately to keep the water level in the water tank at a certain height. (Note: The water level cannot be higher than the upper end of the conveyor belt baffle)

6. Cut off the power when shutting down, open the drain valve to drain the water, and rinse the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

7. The lubricating oil of the stepless governor must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.

8. Regularly refuel the bearing parts.
