2. Structural features and working principle

 

The machine enters the machine by manual feeding or hoisting, and grading rollers with round holes of different sizes enter the machine from the inlet Arranged on the roller tray one by one (the smallest hole grading roller is at the feed inlet, and the back is the size of the hole on the roller, arranged from small to large). After the transmission reducer drives the dial roller through the chain drive, the roller tray is driven by the chain to rotate the roller; when the round fruit enters the grading machine, the small round fruit will fall into and out of the hopper through the round hole on the roller; and The larger round fruit will roll down to the next larger hole drum under the rotation of the previous drum for grading and discharging. If the round fruit is stuck in the round hole of the drum during the grading process, a material shifting roller is arranged inside the drum to push the jammed round fruit out of the drum, and under the action of the material shifting shaft, the round fruit is quickly delivered Go to the next grading roller.

Three, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance

1, Before use, check whether the transmission parts of the machine are installed and tightened;

2, The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level, and the drive reducer must be connected to the power source,, span>Confirm that the rotation direction of the reducer is consistent with the direction indicator and run for two minutes. After confirming that everything is normal, the material can be fed and discharged for continuous production;

3, When feeding, add the materials evenly without impact;

4, When it needs to stop, you can directly turn off the power of the transmission reducer to stop;

5, When the machine is running normally, if you find that individual rollers do not rotate, you can check with human eyes whether the roller is not round and the roller is slipping or the roller tray is not in contact with the roller. If the roller is not round, you can manually rotate the roller to raise the raised end up, and then gently tap the raised area with a small hammer to restore it to its original shape. If the roller tray is not in effective contact with the roller, adjust the position of the bearing seat to make the tray fully contact the roller;

6, When the roller needs to be cleaned or replaced, the handle with bakelite ball can be pulled at the discharge end to separate the roller without the top force of the spring, and then remove the roller; The drum can be taken out by removing the hopper, the baffle plate and the material shifting shaft;

7, Pay attention to the sequence when installing or replacing the grading roller. The apertures are arranged from small to large, and the smallest aperture is installed at the feed inlet, and then installed in sequence.

8, When the machine is not used for a long time, please rinse the inside and outside of the machine to keep it clean.

9, The lubricating oil of the transmission reducer must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.

10, Bearings, transmission chains and other parts should be filled with grease regularly.
