The machine is composed of water tank, hoist, circulating flushing pump, conveyor belt, transmission part and other components.
The main working principle: When the material enters the machine, the conveyor belt is driven by the main drive sprocket to convey; and because of the conveyor network There is a bubble tube at the bottom of the belt to make the material roll and clean the material. After the water in the water tank is filtered by the water filter tank, it is led to the bubble tube by the circulating water pump, which can achieve the purpose of circulating cleaning. Three, installation, adjustment, use, operation
1. The machine must be placed on a level concrete floor and pad up to the level.
2. Check whether the screws of each part are tight.
3. Close the drain valve and inject water into the water tank. When the water level reaches the upper end of the conveying baffle, start the circulating flushing water pump (see the operation of the pump Manual), turn on the drive power of the hoist to start the hoist, stop the water intake, and after everything is running normally, you can add materials to the conveyor belt in the water tank for cleaning. The machine can continuously produce materials in and out normally.
4. The filter of the circulating flushing water pump is cleaned every two hours. Add clean water to the water tank, but the water level should be controlled so as not to affect the washing of fruits and vegetables.
5. When the water level in the water tank is too low, the water inlet valve should be opened appropriately to keep the water level in the water tank at a certain height.
6. Cut off the power when shutting down, open the drain valve to drain the water, and rinse the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
7. The lubricating oil of the stepless governor must be changed regularly, and the dirty oil must be drained when changing.
8. Lubricate the bearing parts regularly.
