Cold decommissioning unit

This machine is mainly used for nucleating walnut fruits such as peaches and apricots at room temperature. One of the key equipment in the fruit pulp production line of drupe fruits. Remove the fruit pits from peaches and apricots by rotating toothed rollers and rubber rollers to obtain block like flesh. The spacing between the two rollers depends on the different fruits. The fruit is fed into the feeding hopper by the front equipment, and the fruit is pressed between the two rollers by the crank connecting rod mechanism that drives the fruit pressing plate. The two rollers rotate against each other, and most of the flesh on the fruit is pressed into the gap of the tooth silver. The fruit core is squeezed into the elastic rubber roller, and the comb board digs out the flesh from the gap between the tooth plates. The fruit core with flesh enters the washing core component to complete the separation of the flesh core.
