2. Components and working principle
The industrial pulping machine manufacturer consists of a transmission reducer, a bearing seat, a frame, a feed hopper, a transmission roller, a separation plate, a discharge hopper, a kernel outlet hopper and other components. Working principle: The material enters the kernel removal studio from the feed hopper. Because the rollers in the kernel removal room are equipped with separation plates at different angles, the fruit flesh and kernel are separated. The separated pulp falls into the discharge hopper from the screen holes, and the core moves to the core outlet through a spiral composed of several separation plates and is discharged from the core outlet hopper. The gap between the screen and the separation plate can be determined according to the size of the core of the material to be processed.
III. Use and maintenance
1. The installation must be firm and the frame must be kept level.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the screws in each part are tightened.
3. Check whether the lubricating oil of the transmission reducer is normal. (For details, please refer to the instruction manual of the reducer)
4. Clean the inside and outside of the whole machine and check whether the rotating part of the pitting and crushing pulping machine is flexible.
5. Turn on the power of the transmission reducer, check whether its rotation direction is consistent with the rotation direction indicator and run it for 2 minutes. After confirming that there is no abnormal sound, you can feed the material.
6. Feed the material evenly and do not impact it. It is strictly forbidden to drop stones, screws, and tools into this equipment.
7. If the core is not clean during use, you can adjust the core by operating the control gate at the core outlet to control the size of the core outlet and the speed of the transmission roller by the speed control handwheel on the transmission reducer. After adjustment, no adjustment is required for the next use.
8. When shutting down, just cut off the power supply of the reducer.
9. After shutting down, be sure to clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.
10. Regularly check whether the bearings and reducer parts are well lubricated, and regularly add lubricating oil of the specified grade.
