2, Working principle
This equipment is all made of stainless steel and is composed of two cylinders. It is a single-layer stainless steel welded structure. The inner and outer surfaces are polished. The top is equipped with a vent valve for venting during work. The pipe joint adopts expansion connection. After 0.3Mpa water pressure test, the three-way external thread cock can be opened and closed flexibly. The equipment has compact structure, convenient operation and simple maintenance.
Duplex filter is also known as parallel switching filter. It uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-tube filters on a base. There is no need to stop when cleaning the filter. To ensure its continuous operation, it is a good choice for non-stop production line filter devices. In addition to stainless steel filter elements, the filter elements of this filter can also be made of high-quality honeycomb-type degreasing fiber cotton, which can filter out particles with a particle size of 1μ or more. Duplex filter internal and external surfaces are polished, the filter cartridge is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen and a filter support basket; the top is equipped with a vent valve to discharge the air in the filter during filtration. The upper cover and the filter cartridge are connected with a quick-opening structure, which is more convenient to clean (replace) the filter screen. Three adjustable feet make the filter stable on the ground. The connecting pipeline adopts live connection or clamp connection, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed by three-way ball valves, which are pressure-resistant and temperature-resistant, flexible and convenient to operate, and no material liquid leakage is more hygienic.

1. Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as: caustic soda, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, etc.
3. Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigerants.
4. Materials that require hygiene in the production of light industrial foods and pharmaceuticals, such as beer, beverages, dairy products, grain slurry medical supplies, etc.
4, Installation and use
1. When installing and using, pay attention to the protection of the control box, sensors and transmission parts to prevent damage;
2. Connect the pipe in the direction indicated by the arrow on the body of the stainless steel self-cleaning filter;
3. When adjusting the electric part, please pay attention to the direction of rotation of the motor to be consistent with the direction of the mark;
4. During installation, it should be considered to facilitate inspection and repair, and bypass pipes should be installed;
5. When installing, try to consider that the sewage outlet is at the bottom to facilitate the discharge of debris;
6. The sewage pipe is connected to the sewage ditch, and the sewage pipe should not be too long.
