Orange oil mill

The large-scale oil extraction machine is a key equipment used for extracting essential oils from the peels of citrus fruits (such as oranges, lemons, pomelos, etc.) on an industrial scale. It is widely applied in the food, beverage, cosmetics and chemical industries.
These devices usually operate based on the combined working principle of stainless steel needle-activated rollers and a high-pressure water spraying system: During the transportation process of citrus fruits, they are rolled and rubbed by the needle-activated rollers, causing the oil cells on the fruit skin to be punctured. The essential oils then flow into the collection tank after being washed by the high-pressure water, and are subsequently extracted as pure essential oils through processes such as centrifugation.
