Lime roller juicer

Overview

The lime roller juicer is suitable for juicing kumquats, lemons, pomelos, tangerines, pineapples, ginger, passion fruit, dragon fruit, mangosteens, and other citrus fruits. No peeling or grading is required; juice can be extracted directly.

Working Principle: Connect the power supply and pour the fruit into the feed hopper. The feed roller assists in feeding, and two sets of blades slice the fruit. Then, the feed roller feeds the fruit between the pressing rollers for pressing (the pressing rollers can be adjusted up and down using an adjustable gap device to control the juice output). Juice and some pulp are discharged from the juice outlet, while the peel and pulp are discharged from the residue outlet, thus achieving the purpose of juicing. Except for the transmission components, the entire machine is made of stainless steel.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Tighten all bolts on the machine. Clean the entire machine inside and out, keeping it clean.
2. Connect the power supply to the transmission reducer and check if the rotation direction of the stirring shaft is correct. Run the machine for 1 minute to confirm everything is normal before continuous production.
3. Uniform feeding allows for continuous production. After shutdown, be sure to thoroughly clean the entire machine, inside and out, to maintain cleanliness.
4. Regularly check that all bearings, gears, and sprockets are properly lubricated, and add grease as needed.
