It fully automatically completes the crushing, juicing, and slag removal processes for berries, pome fruits, and vegetables. It boasts a novel and compact structure, energy-saving and high efficiency, high production capacity, and a wide range of applications.
Industrial Crushing Juicer Machine is primarily suitable for processing various berries, pome fruits, and vegetables. It is widely used for juicing apples, pears, carrots, aloe vera, and cactus. It fully automatically completes the crushing, juicing, and slag removal processes for berries, pome fruits, and vegetables. It boasts a novel and compact structure, energy-saving and high efficiency, high production capacity, and a wide range of applications.
Structural Features and Principle: The machine primarily consists of a frame, feed hopper, motor, crusher cutter shaft, juicer main shaft, screw, frame, juicer, handwheel, and slag chute.
Working Principle: During operation, the motor simultaneously drives the juicer main shaft and the crusher blade shaft. When material falls into the feed hopper, the interaction between the blade shaft and the crusher’s inner blades crushes it. The crushed material then falls through the filter screen into the juicer body. The screw pushes the material under pressure, forcing the juice through the filter screen and into the juice container at the bottom. Waste material is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the tapered portion of the pressure regulating head. The gap can be adjusted by axial movement of the pressure regulating head, thus achieving automatic separation of juice and residue. The specific design can be tailored to individual customer requirements.
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
- Install the machine level and secure it with anchor bolts.
- Tighten all bolts on the entire machine. Clean the machine inside and out to keep it clean.
- Turn on the drive motor and confirm that the machine’s rotation direction matches the direction indicator.
- Before turning on the drive motor, adjust the pressure head to maximize the annular gap. Operation: Pull up the brake pin and rotate it 90° to lock it. Then, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to increase the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone. (Open the inspection cover on the upper rear support to observe the change in the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone.)
- Run the machine for 5 minutes to confirm that everything is functioning properly before feeding the material.
- After feeding, turn the handwheel clockwise to gradually reduce the gap between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone. Once the process requirements are met, rotate the brake pin 90° so that the spring force engages the groove in the handwheel bearing seat, securing the handwheel bearing seat.
- Feed the material evenly. Hard foreign objects must not enter the hopper to prevent damage to the filter.
- Regularly check the motor for overload and overheating. Contact maintenance personnel if any problems are found.
- Check the drive belt for signs of aging or cracking. If any are found, replace them immediately.
- Check the drive belt for looseness or overtightening. Usually, turning the belt 90° with your fingers is sufficient. If the grease is too loose or too tight, adjust the adjustment bolts at the motor base.
- Refill lubricant regularly, ensuring the proper amount. If the grease is dirty, discolored, or deteriorating, investigate the cause immediately.
