Lemon half juicer
By admin

Overview
The lemon half open juicer is suitable for citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, tangerines, pineapples, limes, grapefruits, and pomelo. It directly juices fruits from 25mm to 140mm in diameter, eliminating the need for peeling or grading.
Cut Half Juicer mainly consists of a feed inlet, pressing rollers, halving blades, peeling blades, dividing blades, brush rollers, halving blade adjustment device, juice outlet, frame, transmission mechanism, peel conveyor, and pulp conveyor.
Its main working principle is as follows: When the power is turned on, the material is poured into the feed inlet. The fruit enters the middle of the pressing rollers through the feed hopper. The pressing rollers rotate in opposite directions. The surfaces of the pressing rollers have punched spikes. Relying on the friction of these spikes, the fruit is pressed from the middle gap of the pressing rollers into the lower gap. A halving blade is installed in the middle of the lower part of the pressing rollers. Under the action of the pressing rollers and the halving blade, the fruit is cut in half. Driven by the rotation of the pressing rollers, the fruit enters the gap between the two pressing rollers and the arc-shaped screen below them. This gap gradually narrows from the halving blade. Therefore, as the fruit passes through the pressing rollers, it is squeezed, extracting juice. The juice flows through the screen holes into the juice collection tank and is discharged from the juice outlet. The arc-shaped screen can be adjusted up and down by the halving blade adjustment device, thereby controlling the amount of juice extracted from the fruit. The arc-shaped screen has cutting blades on both sides (the cutting blades are adjustable up and down to control the ratio of peel to remaining pulp), which separate the peel from the remaining fruit pulp. The remaining pulp enters the slag conveyor with an inner filter screen for discharge. The peeling blade scrapes off the peel from the spikes of the pressing rollers and discharges it through the peel conveyor.
Usage and Maintenance
- Tighten all bolts on the machine. Clean the entire machine inside and out, keeping it clean.
- Connect the drive motor to the power supply and check if the pressing rollers rotate in the correct direction. Connect the power supply to the peel and slag conveyors. Run the machine for 1 minute to confirm everything is normal before continuous production.
- With uniform feeding, continuous production is possible. After stopping the machine, be sure to clean the entire machine inside and out to keep it clean.
- Regularly check that all bearings, gears, and sprockets are well lubricated and add grease as needed.
