Peach rat cage crusher
By admin

Overview
The peach rat cage crusher works by feeding material into the hopper and passing through the crushing chamber. Under centrifugal force, the material rotates with the scrapers on the rotor. Due to the blades on the stator, the material is crushed to a specific particle size during this process.
Squirrel Cage Type Crushing Machine is a fruit and vegetable crushing machine with advanced international standards, introduced and designed by our company. It features a novel and compact structure, energy efficiency, high production capacity, and wide applicability. Except for the transmission parts, the entire machine is made of high-quality stainless steel. It can be used as a standalone unit or easily integrated into a production line.
Working Principle: During operation, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate. Material from the previous process falls into the feed hopper. After entering the machine, the material rotates at high speed due to the ribs on the rotor. Under centrifugal force, the blades on the stator (the blades can be used on both sides) crush the material. At this point, the material particle size is generally around 4-8mm (depending on the blade tooth pitch, stator slot width, and rotational speed). The crushed material falls through the oblong holes on the stator into the discharge port.
Installation, Adjustment, Use, and Operation
- Tighten all bolts on the machine.
- Level and align the machine, clean both inside and out, and keep it clean.
- Check if the bolts on the large side cover are loose.
- Ensure all lubrication points are well lubricated; add the specified grade of lubricating oil.
- Manually run the machine without load to confirm it rotates smoothly and is free of foreign objects.
- After confirming the above conditions are correct, connect the power supply for testing.
- Connect the drive motor power supply and confirm that the machine’s rotation direction matches the direction indicator.
- Start the machine.
- Do not allow stones, screws, or tools to fall into the crusher.
- When cleaning after work, disconnect the power supply, open the cover for cleaning, and wash with detergent or disinfectant before reinstalling in its original position.
- Regularly check if the motor is overloaded and if the bearings are lubricated.
- Check if the teeth of the machine’s cutter head are dull. If dulling is found, reverse the cutter head or replace it before using the machine. 13. Keep the entire machine clean inside and out regularly.
