Overview

The onion belt juicer utilizes multiple pressure rollers to press the material entering the filter screen. This machine features automatic feeding and discharging, continuous operation, thorough pressing, high juice yield, and low residue moisture content, making it widely used in fruit and vegetable juicing processes.

Belt Type Juicing Machine is a product of our company’s careful development, incorporating and absorbing advanced foreign belt juicer technology. It features energy saving, automatic feeding and discharging, continuous operation, thorough pressing, and low filter cake moisture content, making it widely applicable in fruit and vegetable juicing and environmentally friendly processes. When used for apple juicing, the juice yield reaches 75-78%, a 35% increase compared to other domestically produced models.

Working Principle: The refined raw material (solid-liquid mixture) is continuously pumped into the feed hopper by a screw pump (the material’s width within the belt is adjustable), and then evenly distributed by the pressure rollers. Within the downward-curving wedge-shaped zone, a large amount of water is slowly pressed out, forming a pressable filter cake. During pressing, a roller with an L-shaped pressure bar forces the water out, ensuring it quickly overflows from both sides. Subsequent rollers have decreasing diameters, creating an S-shaped filter belt that generates increasing surface pressure and shear force, ensuring optimal dewatering. To further improve the dewatering rate, an additional roller generating linear and peripheral pressure is added. The dewatered filter cake is scraped off by a wear-resistant scraper. Both filter belts are continuously washed by high-pressure nozzles to maintain a sustained high-pressure effect. The wash water is automatically filtered, discharged, and recycled via a return pump through an arc-shaped filter screen, saving energy.

Installation and Use

  1. Secure the valve body to the bracket.
  2. Install the guide baffle into the fasteners for initial tightening.
  3. Install the fasteners on the valve spindle, maintaining a 2mm gap from the valve body end face. Ensure the filed edge of the spindle faces upwards and is parallel to the valve body centerline. Misalignment is strictly prohibited. Tighten the fasteners securely.
  4. Connect the main air inlet and the airbag hose. Open the air valve to supply air. Slowly move the alignment baffle by hand to check if the airbag and hose are installed synchronously. If not, swap the two hoses.
  5. Adjust the alignment baffle’s position forward or backward as needed based on the specific working conditions. Alternatively, the entire support frame can be moved and adjusted to a more secure position.
  6. The alignment baffle must always maintain contact with the conveyor belt. Small adjustments can be made with the center of gravity shifting towards the conveyor belt, but the filed edge on the spindle must always face upwards and be parallel to the valve body centerline.
