Lemon roller juicer

Overview
The lemon double-roller juicer is suitable for juicing kumquats, lemons, grapefruits, oranges, pineapples, ginger, passionfruit, dragon fruit, mangosteens, and other fruits. No peeling or grading is required; the juice is extracted directly.
Operating Principle: Connect the power cord and pour the material into the feed hopper. The feed rollers assist in feeding, while two sets of blades slice the fruit. The feed rollers then feed the fruit between the pressing rollers for pressing (the pressing rollers can be adjusted up and down using a gap adjustment device to control the amount of juice released). The juice and some pulp are discharged from the juice hopper, while the skin and pulp are discharged from the residue hopper, achieving the desired juicing effect. Except for the transmission components, all other parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.

Operation and Maintenance

1. Tighten all bolts on the machine. Clean the machine inside and out to keep it clean.
2. Connect the transmission reducer and check that the agitator shaft is rotating in the correct direction. Run the machine for one minute to confirm that everything is functioning properly before resuming continuous production. 3. Ensure uniform material feeding and continuous production. After shutting down, be sure to clean the entire machine inside and out to keep it clean.
3. Regularly check that all bearings, gears, and sprockets are properly lubricated and add grease regularly.
