Orange half juicer

Overview
The Orange Halfing Juicer is suitable for citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, mandarins, pineapples, limes, pomelos, and grapefruits. It extracts juice directly from 25mm to 140mm fruits without peeling or grading.
Cut Half Juicer primarily consists of a feed inlet, a pressing roller, a halfing blade, a peeling blade, a slicing blade, a brush roller, a halfing blade gap adjustment device, a juice outlet, a frame, a transmission mechanism, a peeling screw conveyor, and a slag screw conveyor. Its main working principle: When the power is turned on, the material is poured into the feed port. The fruit enters the middle of the pressing rollers through the feed hopper. The pressing rollers rotate in opposite directions. The surface of the pressing rollers has punched spikes. The friction of the spikes presses the fruit from the middle gap of the pressing rollers into the gap below. A cutting knife is installed in the middle of the pressing rollers. The fruit is cut in half by the pressing rollers and the cutting knife. Driven by the rotation of the pressing rollers, the fruit enters the gap between the two pressing rollers and the curved screen below the pressing rollers. This gap gradually decreases from the cutting knife. Therefore, as the fruit passes through the pressing rollers, it is squeezed and the juice is squeezed out of the fruit. The juice flows through the screen holes into the juice receiving trough and is discharged from the juice outlet. The curved screen can be adjusted up and down by the cutting knife gap adjustment device to control the amount of juice released from the fruit. The curved screen is equipped with cutting knives on both sides (the knives can be adjusted up and down to control the ratio of peel to remaining pulp). These knives separate the peel from the remaining pulp, which is then discharged to a slag discharge screw conveyor with an internal filter. A peel scraper scrapes the peel from the spikes of the press roller and discharges it to the slag discharge screw conveyor.

Operation and Maintenance

1. Tighten all bolts on the machine. Clean the machine inside and out to keep it clean.
2. Turn on the drive motor and check that the press roller is rotating in the correct direction. Turn on the peel and slag discharge screw conveyors. Run the machine for one minute to confirm that everything is functioning properly before loading and unloading the machine and continuing production.
3. Ensure uniform feeding and continuous production. After stopping the machine, be sure to clean the machine inside and out to keep it clean.
4. Regularly check that the bearings, gears, and sprockets are properly lubricated and re-grease them regularly.
