Overview
The high-speed peach pulper, developed using advanced international technology, is primarily used for pulping and separating crushed or softened berries and pome fruits in large-scale juice and jam factories. This equipment boasts a rational structure, high efficiency, high pulp yield, fast separation speed, high production capacity, and excellent stability.
High Speed Fruit Vegetable Pulping Machine is suitable for pulping and separating crushed tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, apples, pears, and pre-cooked and softened hawthorns and dates. This machine can be integrated into a production line or used as a stand-alone unit. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring food hygiene compliance. Working Principle: During operation, the main shaft is driven by a transmission motor. Crushed fruit is pumped into the first pulper inlet via a feed pump. The material enters the buffer chamber and then flows into the working chamber. The rotation of the main shaft and blades propels the material along the cylinder toward the outlet in a spiral path. As it moves between the blades and the screen, the material is crushed by centrifugal force. The juice and pulp (in pulp form) pass through the screen holes and into the first pulping hopper, where it is then fed into the second pulping inlet. The second pulping stage refines the material. The skins, seeds, and other particles are discharged from the various residue hoppers, achieving automatic separation. A dilution port is also provided on the pulper cylinder to dilute the material. The schematic diagram shows that the machine has two pulping stages. The principles of the second pulping stage are the same as those of the first. After the first pulping stage is completed, the fruit enters the second pulping stage for further refinement.

Operation and Precautions

  1. The machine must be installed levelly and secured with anchor bolts. 2. Tighten all bolts on the machine and check for loose screws in the shaft. Clean the machine inside and out to keep it clean.
  2. Turn on the drive motor and confirm that the machine’s rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicator.
  3. Run the machine for 5 minutes to confirm that everything is functioning properly before feeding.
  4. If the pulping process is not satisfactory, adjust the gap between the blades and the screen to achieve better pulping.
  5. During operation, connect the water inlet of the spray pipe. The dilution port of the spray pipe allows for better material transportation and pulping within the buffer chamber and working chamber. A spray port is also provided at the slag outlet to facilitate the discharge of slag and skin. When dilution is not required, close the water inlet valve.
  6. When feeding is not required, close the feed valve to stop feeding.
  7. To shut down the machine, simply disconnect the motor power. Do not open the drum front cover until the rotor has stopped rotating. 9. When the machine stops, open the drain valve to drain all wastewater.
  8. Clean the filter with water and a brush after each shift.
  9. Regularly check the motor for overload and heat, and check that the bearings are lubricated. If any faults are detected, address them promptly.
